Operating Board

The Grays Harbor Communications 9-1-1 Center's Operating Board was established through the Interlocal Agreement first entered into on October 3, 1989, and amended on October 18, 1999. The Operating Board is comprised of the police and fire chiefs from the cities of Aberdeen and Hoquiam, the Grays Harbor County Sheriff, one police chief and one fire chief selected by the other participating entities and one fire chief representing the fire protection districts throughout Grays Harbor County. The mission of the Operating Board is to help provide leadership to the 9-1-1 Center in the areas of planning, development, coordination and evaluation of communication services.
